Letter From the PGSG President

Dear fellow graduate students,

Greetings during Mental Health Action Week! As the PGSG Community Team continues to curate events, I hope each of you is prioritizing self-care and allocating time for your well-being. I'm pleased to share a recent update resulting from ongoing discussions with Purdue University Residences. We have secured specific accommodations for Graduate Students on the dates of 24-25.

HillTop Apartments:
a. Efficiency for 2: $5,358 per person/per academic year

b. Availability: 16 spots

2. Blackbird Farms:

a. 2 Bedroom + 2 Bath: $10,980 per person/per academic year

b. Availability: 12 spots

Please note, these prices are for the Academic Year and are subject to potential changes pending approval from the Board of Trustees for 2024-2025.

If you are interested in securing accommodation within University Housing, kindly approach the Smalley Center - University Residence’s main office. Allocation will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. I highly recommend visiting them at your earliest convenience. Unclaimed spots will be reallocated to undergraduates who are also confronting a housing crisis with University Residences.
