This is a one-person per reservation request service; if you have more than one person headed to the same or a different location, please submit separate requests within the given timeline for each person.
All riders are to create a Rides2U account immediately after filling in this form. The ride, if approved, will automatically pop up in your account. PGSG will not be sending out any communication regarding ride approvals from our end. Rides2U will get in touch using your provided phone number.
The PGSG On-Demand Shuttle Service is a transportation initiative designed to cater to the needs of Purdue graduate students. It offers shuttle rides within an 8-mile radius from the Purdue Memorial Union during specified hours From Wednesdays to Sundays. PGSG On-Demand Shuttle Service currently runs from January 22, 2024, through May 4, 2024.
The service operates on
6:00 PM – 1:00 AM on Wednesday -Thursday
6:00 PM – 1:00 AM on Thursday – Friday
6:00 PM – 1:00 AM on Friday – Saturday
6:00 PM – 1:00 AM on Saturday – Sunday
6:00 PM – 1:00 AM on Sunday – Monday
Complete and submit this form by 11:59 PM ET every Sunday for service on the immediate week (Wednesday-Sunday). Any submissions after 11:59 PM ET on Sunday for the immediate weekend, cannot be accommodated.
All Purdue graduate students are eligible to request rides. Rides will be approved based on factors such as minimum distance, reason for travel (limited to work obligations), frequency of requests, and the available budget.

Unfortunately, once a ride is pre-approved, it cannot be canceled, and we will not accommodate future cancellation requests.
The service is operated by Rides2U, with vetted drivers and cars, adhering to strict safety protocols. Compliance with current COVID-19 measures and other safety guidelines is mandatory.
